Global Bio Bags is our new specialized production unit for Bio-Degradable and Bio-compostable bags.
For more than 24years we have specialized in manufacturing polybags for exports and domestic industries.
Manufacturing of polythene bags for export was good enough to earn money but the negative impact it had on the environment was tremendous. “Therefore we decided to embark on a project to manufacture bags that are environmentally friendly and that can degrade and decompose over a period of time.
We started this project about 5 years back by manufacturing Oxo-biodegradable and Photo-degradable bags. However we realized the additive used in the manufacture of these bags also took a long time to degrade as it had some polythene element in it.
Thereafter we experimented further from materials we received world wide and manufactured a compostable and biodegradable bags in 2016 without any polythene content which was a acid extract from starch based product.
Global Bio Bags provides eco products made from polylactic acid (PLA) or corn starch. Made from this renewable resource, Global Bio Bags PLA products gives off no toxic chemicals associated with conventional plastic and in addition they have been certified compostable.
Regular coffee cups are normally derived from paper and petroleum-based material. But Global Bio Bags provides a different approach by using FSC certified paper, as well as the lining and lid of our cups and bowls are derived from cornstarch. Together this whole system becomes compostable.
Bagasse products are natural fiber products and it compost in 30-60 days. When bagasse products degrade, they provide natural ingredients back to environment since they are made from natural, organic and renewable materials. Bagasse products are perfect alternatives to petroleum based Styrofoam and plastic products.
